Yes. Buy it.

I might still try to scoop this, and you're local. It'd be win to land back in a Neon.

Electrical issue to sum up for everyone. Car will start fine some times. Other times the car just cranks. Parts that have been replaced

-Crankshaft Sensor
-Pigtail to Coil
-ASD Relay

If the car does not want to start. You can pull the ASD relay out and put back in and the car will start, if you dont it just cranks. I have had it on a scanner and the Cam sensor reads just fine. Only issue I/Our Master Tech at work can come up with is

PCM
SKIM Module

Only has an issue after running for a while then sitting so we are thinking its the PCM more. The asd relay pull out I have pulled the box apart and all wires have great continuity and the correct voltage/reistance. Also cleaned up all terminal ends in the fuse box to the relays.

This may seem like a ridiculous question, but did you try a new relay (ASD?)

Once the car is started, have there ever been any issues with it shutting down?

Nope, it runs like any car that has 120,000 miles and had a life of beating before me does ;) lol. It runs strong. I haven't ever had a problem with it shutting down on me
