2000 neon clutch flywheel replacement?

im looking to install a light weight flywheel and a better then stock clutch but i am a neon noob some what confused about the modular and non modular clutches do i need anything special to install the new flywheel and clutch or all i need to do is remove the modular clutch flywheel and the flex plate and install the new stuff?

You would need the '95 neon style clutch components to go non-modular. You will have some serious $ in a lightweight flywheel/clutch.

Unless you have some serious engine mods, there is really no real need. If you want a lightweight modular design, Spec sells an aluminum PT clutch assy. You will still be in the $500 to $600 ball park.

noob needs some more info on going with a lightweight flywheel

parts i need?

95 neon clutch
95-04 neon lightweight flywheel
95 neon flywheel bolts
95 neon pressure plate bolts


had another question will this work on the 2.4 n/a pt engine swap planing on just buying parts that will swap over can anyone confirm that they will?
