Update : New Wheels I (WAS) getting in a couple of weeks

Post by Alex Kurdian » Thu Sep 23, 2010 9:08 pm

Hey Guys
I know you all like the current wheels on my car...I do to but I've always wanted a nice silver with a polished type lip...its SO VERY hard finding wheels to fit on my car as the 5x100 40p is hard to come by...everything is 45p
I finally found a set of Tenzo Tracer v2 Wheels by Lenso...

Hyper silver with a polished lip...Here are a couple of photos of what they will look like...I think they will look mad on my car...And these will be my final set!! they are costing me 300 each!

Why not sell the old ones privately? That sounds like a rip off.

Come on now, if you are talking new cars, considering what the Aussie cars look like on the 'net, are you really missing out on much here? I see very interesting models from Holden... Okay, enough off-topic; the new wheels look great!

Ok I absolutely love your car and I love 5 spokes more than any other wheel but damn those universal bolt patterns. I hate seeing all the extra holes

cars

Post by Alex Kurdian » Sun Sep 26, 2010 1:33 am

ok Gramps yes some Aussie cars look good and they have a power-plant second to none but aesthetically inside they are shit cheap chinese plastic junk...

My friend bought a Holden HSV and while sick as ...fast as lightning ...he always complained to Holden that bits literally fell off...

They are really cheap inside guys trust me...and I tell ya the interior of my 10 yer old Neon is better than some of the Holden's and Fords out there...My neon is finished very well...Joins line up and the bits don't fall off!

I would have at the time when I bought my car looked at Jap cars as well to buy but nothing appealed to me...I saw the Neon and loved it...The Aussie cars in the Price range sucked! Remember the Neon was base model 24K! The LE with the whole package was 30K and the very limited RT's that I missed out on when the cam out 4 months later were 35K

Oh and yes I love all sorts of wheels but there is something about 5 spoke wheels that make a car look mad....plus they are easier to clean...You can get in there behind the spokes and clean all the shit build up...However With the busy wheels you cant get in there ....and that sucks cause you get this really great wheel and cannot clean it well unless you take it off!

And yes universal bolt patterns SUCK big time I hate that too bro but not much i can do

Current

Post by Alex Kurdian » Thu Nov 11, 2010 10:08 pm

Guys with the current wheels I have they were custom painted...while the color is great I think the quality of the paint etc is shit...

And I have a huge problem...when the tires get changed the paint chips off when they remove the tire....once these current tires are ready to be replaced I'm in trouble...that's why I'm looking to replace them....
