when installing this header i notice some people install a converter after it did you guys extend the wires for 2ed o2 sensor and install it after the converter or just leave it in the header

if your worried about this looking legit, i can tell you, it won't pass. The header ends under your cupholders under the car, so its not hidden in behind the motor by any means.

Aside from that, extend the harness plug so the lower o2 can go into the cat. You'll need to order a cat with an o2 bung in it, and you'll only have room for a round bodied cat, ovals do not fit in the exhaust tunnel.

visually they will know long tubes are really obvious and never stock

The magnaflow spun cats fit nicely in the exhaust tunnel, I belive they are relatively cheap as well. But yeah, an O2 bung will need to be welded in.
