anyone root there phone? ive read "some" stuff on it but im worried about the warrenty and totally fucking up my phone. but overclocking/underclocking, and being able to change anything, and more apps is appealing.

I'm rooted on my Droid 1 so is Josh Zombie. The process is very easy to do, hard to really fuck up, and absolutely voids your warranty.nicklaneSXT wrote:anyone root there phone? ive read "some" stuff on it but im worried about the warrenty and totally fucking up my phone. but overclocking/underclocking, and being able to change anything, and more apps is appealing.
However, as far as the warranty goes, it's only voided if you're caught with a rooted phone. If you're having a problem with it, go back to stock and bring it in, it'll be "under warranty" most likely unless they look into it more and find out why you were having the issue.
All in all, I don't regret doing it one bit.
