side mirrors

they have power mirrors on Ebay in stock and M3 styles. Just do a search then look for them. The M3 style hav the leds, the stockers do not. You may have to look thru a few pages to find them if you don't refine your search. Good Luck.

is it coincidence that i too was looking at mirrors with lights? haha.
i swear SXTwolfe, we share all the same thoughts.. i might grab me
a pair too because i really like lights on the mirrors like the ones
on our Jetta. i've never actually seen any on a neon though!

hey, couple questions..maybe for those who have actually replaced mirrors...

searching from those links, they keep listing the neons as 00-03 (?)...is there any difference in the 04-05 mirrrors... I thought the differences were 00-02, then 03 -05?

Also, the manual ones don't look like they have the "lever" that allows you to adjust them from the inside (?)... how do you manually adjust these?

One more thing... those with manual mirrors, usually means no power locks and no power windows.. meaning no wiring going into the door... how hard is it to wire a turn signal all the way into the mirror, if you got no power going into there to begin with?.. and i u do add them to yer turn signal circut, being LED.. would they put too much load on it?...or would you get "ricer flash"?

P.S... why would they offer an option to make the turn signal flash BLUE?... seems like that would be HIGHLY illegal..

unless they changed the plug inside the door or something, the mirrors themselves are the same 00-05. as for the manual windows the drivers side should have a lil joystick thingy but the passenger side you have to open your window and adjust it that way.

I had those exact mirrors on my focus when i had it. I thought they were ok. They had 4 blue and 4 yellow LED's that you could hook up. The only draw back was both the driver's and passengers mirrors were actually Convexed....so it was a little tricky at first when i looked in my drivers side to remember that the car was a little closer than what it was in the mirror. If you can use your stock passenger to judge distances then your good to go

I'm researching for a set that I can use as signal lights aswell....those ones I didn't hook up that way...you could easily...but i want a different kind i've seen online before. just lookin for them.

Hope this info helps/helped

it actually does lol. using the convex mirrors wont bother me too much as i dont ever really use mine at all. im really just going for looks with these. yes i do want powered so they are functional should i ever sell the car. its either that or get the manual and replace the armrest to get rid of the controls.
