Wow, some random junk car was sitting around the Fiat/Chrysler campus and they crushed it to make a commercial to promote a car that is actually in production and that they can actually make money on TODAY.

Get over it, it's just some random car, it's not like they crushed YOUR car. The car was probably on it's way to the junk yard for recycling, might as well use it in the commercial. They are a business and need to make money, They aren't "stepping" on anyone.

maybe im interested to see how suited up the journey is for safety.
if im shopping for a journey, what do i care about the safety

They had to use cars of their own platform, they couldn't crush another maker's car. They were probably test mules from 2000. They two of them are identical. The commercial makes its point

Why can some companies like GM talk about their crossover compaired to the Honda and other companies "slam" others openly...why would they make them stop and destroying an opponents. Just curious...not trying to offend or upset you LSP.

I think the cruze is an awesome car. It's already tearing up the European touring car championships and has been for the last few years. It's about time America got some euro grade GM cars.
