03 bumper swap on 2000?

whats needed besides the bumper cover and headlights?

i know i need the 03 tail lights to swap the rear bumper cover over but is that all i need?

Search is not Broken
Type in "Bumper Swap"
Limit the section to exterior
Look down the page

I found at least one thread, and there is a sticky on this.

Now with this being said, all you need for a swap to the 03+ bumpers is the headlights, provided that your bumper has all of the trim on it.
