Hey Guys
I think the white lettering on tires looks great....I wanna paint my tires where is says bridgestones potenza..is there anything that can do it...and wont damage the tires in anyway???

Paint shouldn't damage the rubber at all but it will wear off pretty quick.

Dupli-Color has the paint pens for tires. I've tried them, but would not recommend them. I personally felt the lettering got too dirty way too fast.

Just use white tire chalk. You will have to redo it often, but it is pretty durable and in no way permanent or dangerous for the rubber. It doesn't crack like paint would when the tire changes shape. I did the brand lettering with it on a couple new tires when I was bored at work back in the day, and it actually looked great.
