I think those are more autocross based then drag. I'm looking at a few. Will post them when I get home.

i use 205/50/15 bfg gforce drag radials, drop the pressure and they bite much better than a street tire. I never drive them on the road though.

BFG Drag Radials are your best bet if you want real good DD with some traction.

I'm a fan of mt et street radials but a lot of folks are too scared to drive those on the street.

Well it will only get drove to the strip, and home. And it will be baby driving the whole way there. Strip is around an hour each way or so.

And r/tguy. Why not a wider tire?

at the time i got these for a good deal from someone (barely used) but if i buy some again (and i dont go with slicks) then i'll probably go wider. I have spacers already so wider isnt a problem.

Kyle why not just toss them in the car and change them when you get there?

thats what i do, its not a matter of if you can drive them on the road, its a matter off i dont want to wear them out faster.

I was thinking about doing that, but if I do that I'm probably just going to run full slicks?

That's what I'm saying, just run full slicks on some extra wheels

IMO do that instead. One night I was at PRP and it started raining, I had to drive home on those BFG drag radials. F***ing scary, those tires hyrdo-plane bad.

Yea slicks are going to be hard on everything, but I wouldn't be launching very hard at all.

That's the beauty of drag racing, you say that now, but You'll be launching between 5-6K before no time...

Nope. Won't happen. Car needs to stay reliable, and I can't afford things. That's why I was going for street slicks. Keep it from spinning 1st 2nd and 3rd when getting into boost.

Will still launch it decently easy.
