Drinking, Wii, & Neon Mods haha

Post by foxracing7469ab » Sat Nov 13, 2010 9:35 pm

So we got a wii and the bf has never play, we are drinking so that makes it better, plus on the side think about more simple mods to do to the neon, im thinking about pulling my third break light and night shading it so it matches the tails :)

if anyone had a few quick and simple idea's on some mods shoot them my way please :)

Thanks & Have a great Saturday night :)

If ur going to paint the radio bezel do the atx bezel and the cluster trim piece with them, also pull the wheel covers, less is more here, maybe retint the tails and leave the reverse clear?
it appears youve already painted your trunk key hole black, good on you there

Definitely need either some spring/struts or some coils. That thing is screaming 4x4.

Also:

-Cut the antenna a couple inches
-Polish those headlights

And, I notice you have a pinstripe. Normally I would say get rid of it, but if you're gonna paint your HVAC and shifter bezel, you could always paint them to match the pinstripe color (red?). Black cars seriously need accent colors unless the person is going for a complete murdered-out look.

02 front bumper does wonders.

-remove side mouldings
-red-out the tails

racing stripes are never a good idea. along with large window vinyls.

dosneon is the only car i can think of that pulls off lime green accents well.

wii & neon mods, haha

Post by g_force58 » Sun Nov 14, 2010 6:38 pm

If the pinstriping is not painted on, I would suggest ditching that. Breaks up the body lines imo.

Don't do that. I live close and I can find your car and save it from the embarassment. Wheels, tint. Otherwise you can't be part of the cool club.

Those headlights need to be restored.
Side molding off.
Probably tint the side marks?
Real wheels (graphite is a good color).
MUST GO LOWER!!!

Otherwise the car looks clean.

lol thanks im trying to get my hand on some new aftermarket head lights, i want halo's or something like them.

the side markers is a good idea thinking about that for next weekend, the molding is going to have to wait till i get it painted cause its green underneath, the dealer painted it and just shot the car with black and added a stupid red pin stripe sticker thing on the sides.

I'm looking for a set of graphite 5 spokes right now that i can afford and a few other small things

and yes i really wanna lower it!

Thanks guys my list just grew to a full page and is making another haha

I doubt this is in your price range, but grab a 02 front bumper from certifit.com for about $25-$30. It looks much better than the 00-01 bumper that you're using, but the paint cost is the problem. Unless you go Rustoleum. lol

Also, lower your car BEFORE you get rims please.
