Yeah, and as you can see, they're stretched. A 225 and a 205 will both fit on a 7 or 8 inch wheel.

How are you planning on squeezing an 8" wheel in there anyways? Would prob have to be around +15 offset or less. If you don't know what size tires you need, I have to guess that you aren't aware of the fitment issues with a wheel that's 2" wider than stock?

205/45/16 for the 7 inch wide wheels or 215/45/16 for the 8 inch wide wheels. But yea, need to do more research and learn offsets and what they mean, first.

I ran a 18x8 in wheel that had spacers for a short time. Dont recall the tire or spacer size. I myself would like to run a 15x8 with a zero offset in the future. Of course I havent researched yet so I dont know the limits. It's just the look I would like. Off hand, would a 15x8 with a zero offset running 195/50's work?

Would be stretched but and smaller OD thank stock, but should work fine assuming you made appropriations to clear the 0 offset 8" wheels.

Thanks Derek, was hoping you'd reply, but I wouldnt be doing this till maybe spring time so I havent done research or any preps yet. Like i said it's just the look I'd like so it dont have to be zero offset. Just kinda want the old skoo look. When I'm ready to buy I'll do the research and ask do double check. Just gettin an idea. Thanx.

try this: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

most neons are set-up for 40 mm offset, and my experience has been that any thing radically different makes the car harder to steer
