I got the avs ones from a member here. Like I said I got them used. And like I said I LOVE them. On my black car they aren't really that noticeable. Even if they were the usability of them is awesome. If you are building a show car. Then keep them off. If you are dailying it. It is a must have imo. I am saving up to get the weathertech kit with floor mats, bumber gaurds, and window vents for my cali. They are stupid expensive tho
Here is the best pic I can find. Kind of an old shitty big but does the job for what you need.

i got mine from my local auto parts store when they were on sale for 50% off. i think they were around $25 out the door or so. made by auto vent shade, in channel version.
i have always had these on my cars (design permitted) and while i really like the mounting system of the in-channel version better i have found it does not give me nearly the same amount of room as the stick-on type. the stick-on went out almost double the distance from the car that my current in-channel version does.
here is a shot of them on my silver car. don't look at the ugly wheel as they were sold about an hour after installing. 3d tails are gone now too. what was i thinking....

for contrast here is a shot of a previous vehicle of mine with the stick-on type.
