boggs down?
when im driving sometimes when i hit the gas it will bog down and loose power
what could that be

Your AIT sensor is reading high temp/voltage too high. Replace it, and do a tune up. The PCM might be cutting fuel due to the false air inlet temp reading, causing it to bog/backfire in the IM. A large spark gap will also do that too. But the IAT sensor is a given. And it is about the same price as a basic set of copper plugs.
