srt abs master cylinder

Post by wheels04sxt » Wed Dec 15, 2010 4:03 am

so i already have srt rear discs and the guy i bought em from is now selling the srt front discs for a stupid low price. i want them and now lol

i also have the srt abs mc, but no abs. so the question is: can i use the abs mc in my non abs car if i run my own custom plumbing? as in could i "t" off each of the two ports on the srt mc creating 4 lines and and run two lines off one tee to the front and vice versa for the rear. you guys think this will work?

thanks in advnace

Thank you, also... You don't have an SRT swap which simply puts it as you will not have ABS nor can you have ABS, so the system itself would not function properly.

yeah ive read through that. i just wanted to know if i re-plumbed the entire brake system and had both front and rear srt discs if i could you the mc. but looks like im putting in an order for a new one

anywhere i can get a larger mc than the 15/16 if i decide to do a bbk later on? or should the 15/16 be sufficiant for that as well?

thanks

You wont need anything past the 15/16th. Bore for a bbk.
