that looks great! no fan of the domelight though, IMHO they should be rotated 180 degrees to make the look more aggressive

I'm fairly sure the SRT killerglass piece will work on a 2.0 as well. Its actually a 2.0 hose I cut up to put on mine. Had to trim it a bit more than I would have a SRT hose, but it was cheap and easier to find.
The blue coolant is a good idea, but I have to use what I have. As far as why its green..... I'm not paying mother Mopar big bucks for the same protection I get from regular stuffs.
Thanks for all the comments everyone. A lot of late nights in the past couple of weeks. Last night I strolled in at 155am listening to AH-HA on the radio. *LOL* I'll have some pics from the show next weekend probably.
The headliner depends on how wide of material you get. There are different sizes of rolls. This roll was 54" and that fits lengthwise (front to back as the headliner sits in the car) and then you can roll out the width from there. It cut a 54x55 section when I did it the second time around. Most places sell by the yard so you'd need 2 linear yards. Miami Corporation is the place that I recommend to everyone to get supplies. DAP glue is what I recommend as well. Expensive and you'll need to get a dedicated spray gun for it, but you will never have to worry about it pulling down once it adheres.

This. a lot of 5 year coolants have gone to the green/yellow color anyways.
While I kind of liked the orange Tang color, I'm not losing any sleep than most astronauts over not having it either.

The way I blow this car up, the coolant will be lucky to last 6 months anyway. I thought about just running watter with glycol in it.

I like the headliner, i think it being reversed so just the ram itself is pushed out might look better. But awesome either way.

Doing raised emblems is easy. Doing recessed emblems is hard. Thats why I went this route. Originally I was going to put lights behind the whole panel to set it off from the roof, but when the headliner formed blisters during the drying process I nix'd that idea.

THAT LOOKS SICK! Questions,
1) How did you get the emblem to stick to the rest of the headliner?
2) What color do the "Eyes" light up? Blue? Blue would look sick, even RED!
3) What did you make the "Emblem" out of, MDF? Cardboard?
P.S - Awesome set up. I made 2 similar boxes like yours for my car but then upgraded. Loving the laminate flooring in the trunk too!

Not laminate techincally. Its solid cherry.
The headliner is one separate piece and the emblem is attached by "standoff" legs. I used a sheet of plastic to serve as a washer and simply shot screws through the sheet of plastic behind the headliner and into the standoff legs. The legs are adhered to the back of the piece with liquid nails that cured for 2 days before any stress was placed on it.
The piece is made of a birch layer that the actual design is cut into. Behind that is a piece of cheap pressed board. Both are 1/8" thick and sandwiched together. I used DAP glue to adhere them to each other. They are wrapped as one piece.
The eyes are red.

That's awesome! Hopefully you'll have pics of it installed as well as a night shot of the eyes. It would have been awesome if the entire "Emblem" lit up or made it hooked to a switch to light it up on and off! Creative man you are!

Its hooked to a switch. The dome light logic didn't work the way I thought it would so it doesn't quite work yet. I've got to change the dome light from ground switched to positive switched to get it on the switch like I want. I'll be doing that tonight. I wanted it on a switch so I could control it with the demon eyes and LEDs in the trunk.
Original idea was to have lights behind it as well so it would set it off from the rest of the headliner, but with that you'd see any of the imperfections in the leather. It looks good the way it is. *LOL* I'll try to get some pics of the eyes lit. But as you can imagine I'm sure they won't turn out well.

you can try to find the wires from the door switches to the gauge cluster - to bypass the gauge cluster electronics.
But - light will with that directly turn on when you open the door and turn off when you close it.
No dimmer and delay anymore!
And it is also negative switched - but that is simple...

Right, but I want to turn the light on and off with a switch AND turn it on and off with the door independent from each other. I also want to control the power side of the rest of the lights.
Solution is to run a relay to the negative switched control of the dome light. The relay will be controlled by the doors and will output power when energized. I will tie into the output line of that with my switch for the rest of the lights. I'll diode isolate the switch from the dome light to keep the dome light, when triggered by the door and not the switch, from turning the rest of the lights on that are wired to the switch.

He sure do have a pirdy mouff.
I have him up at the college right meow waiting to be moved tomorrow afternoon down to the convention center for the show. I was doing some last minute work on him during class and everyone was amazed at how well everything turned out. Then they got to see how its all put together and were absolutely stunned by how stupid simple it all is but how well it works.
Popsicle sticks and toothpicks work wonders.
