yeah bro the fender, my new headligts, r/t front bumper, hood, radiator support, and everything under the fender needs to be replaced. the frame seems to be ok since it was a explorer that hit her and the frame wasnt touched but the cost to repair is more than likely going to be more than the car is worth.

so depending on what the insurance guy says tomorrow, i might part out and move on

our cars aren't valued at all man, they will total it. you can probably fix that youself if you buy it back.

well they did total it out i just found out. can i sue the guy who hit us for the cost of repair and damages to the car? or once the insurance totals the car is that the final verdict?

ok well now the insurance decided to deny the claim bcause they dont have enough evidence to show who was at fault im getting fed up with this. i went to look for the guy to let him know the insurance denied the claim ad that he has to fix my car out of pocket to only find out i got his moms address and not his. So when i finally get ahold of him he plays the it was your fault so you should pay for my car game. Im lawyering up we have a apointment on wed this freakin blows.

so now we got a letter from the insurance that we have to pay for the damage on the guys vehicle when it was his fault from the beginging...
we have a apointment with the attorney on monday this is getting way out of hand and ridiculous.

also im keeping the neon im not parting out at least thats the plan for now

well small update got the attorneys and all i can say is this dude is going down he messed with the wrong mexican with out insurance lol. my attorneys have had no luck getting ahold of his insurance the insurance wont reply to them either by mail, email, or phone so if by tomorrow his insurance doesnt contact my attorneys they are going to take the next step in the case
