205/50/17 with megan lowering springs

Well I finally found a set of chrome pt 17x6 chrome 5 spokes and they have pirelli 205/50s on em.
Is it gonna rub or cause issues?

what struts are you on? if you have srt struts i think you will be fine, but regular neon will rub

I went ghetto and took a hammer to mine. no mas rub. but I went with 45s cause 50s still rub and overpower the radio with a tornado sound.
Have car-have car problems. Have srt4-have speed problems

Makes no difference what springs you have, its the strut that matters. And as they said it'll prob rub in the back i think. Beat it with a hammer til it doesnt rub

alright gentlemen,
I bought the wheels minus tires because i didnt want to fuck with it. Going to pick them up monday morning $75 makes me <3 craigslist.

so which tires are recommended with my setup and a 17x6 rim or am i going to have to swap struts or beat something to near death?

many people have put 205/40 on a 17x6. can't say i'd do it, but others have.
