15" rims on 04 SE.
15" rims on 04 SE.
Have a 2004 SE with 14" stock steel wheels.
I saw someone selling neon 15" stock alloys. (yet to find out what yr neon its from.)
Will 15" wheel fit mine without issues? (rubbing etc)
How about good/bad differences in handling?
whats a fair price for stock 15" alloys in decent shape (ignore tires)

Yes any Neon 15" wheel will work without issue.
Probably heavier than what you have but doubtful you'll notice any difference at all.
All depends on what style it is. 100-150 should get you a decent set without any issues at all.

No. The width of the tire only helps grip the road more, and too wide of a tire will blow the bead. You want a wider RIM before you can use much wider of a tire, and again it won't help give a smoother ride.

You can go wider, but not too much, on a stock 14" wheel.
A wider tire with the same aspect ratio will provide more sidewall cushion due the ratio of section width.

OEM: 185/65/14 = 23.5"
195/65/14 = 24"
205/65/14 = 24.5"
I really don't now if an extra half an inch (for the 205/65) of sidewall will help. Although I'd be surprised if a 205/65/14 even fit.
