so for english I'm suppose to choose a topic to write a report on and I can't
decide on a topic because they all sound so good! So what do you think would
be best to write about?

1- illegal immigration : a border war?
2- should immigrants to the US be required to learn English?
3- should stay at home parents get a salary from the government?
4- are we taking it too far by blaming fast food restaurants for obesity? When is
It individual responsibility and when is it appropriate to place blame?

They're all extremely easy to discuss but I can't pick just one![/code]

#4 is true, they just serve it to us, most of us get it knowing its still bad for our bodies. some people a lot more then others

Do 1 or 2, they are big topics.

Don't do 3, its too easy.. A stay at home mom shouldn't receive money for raising a kid that she had. That was her choice to keep and raise the kid(s).

Don't do 4, its too easy as as well. People need to stop relying on the government so much and take some self responsibility.

I say you talk about the enormous drug war in Mexico and how we are doing nothing about it. Each week I see more Americans die from it. Juarez has turned into murder capital and its right across from el paso.

I Decided that i would be best avoiding number 3 because I wouldn't be able to
summarize my whole ranting debate to just two or three pages.. Number four
would be way easy since obviously we all know they serve unhealthy food, yet
we continue to eat the food regardless.. Number two would actually be something I
would have to look more into because I can't say whether or not english should
be required in America, though it would help.. And number one would be a fun
challenge. I'm kind of scared to know whats going on though, I like being sheltered
from the truth

lets just take the usual precautions and nuke em'

Yeah.. speaking of their crap food (which i lived off of for 3 years...).

My g/f and I spent a nice, relaxing, (very cheap) valentines day together. Loved it and so did she. But we had tacobell for dinner and now we are both sick with food poisoning.. ughhh....

So sorry to hear! We had some steak and lobster next to the propane table top heater we bought for my mom last mothers day. not that I'm gloating or anything..

Yeah, I don't really plan on eating there again.. But I am going to Chipotle tonight because I am pretty hungry (i have an iron stomach lol)
