Help me decide which tails.

Hey, I am creating some tails and this is my idea. I'm basically just separating the blinkers from the brake lights, sorta like the BUX tails, but a little different. The red portion will light up for the brakes, and the clear or tinted portion will be the blinker, and the dividing line will line up with the body's and trunk's lines. Oh, and I'm keeping the snowflakes and will not be using my rims anymore (comfier ride).

I've narrowed down what I want to do to 4 things:

Clear top / Red bottom:

Tinted top / Red Bottom:

Red top / Clear bottom:

Red top / Tinted bottom:

By the way, the leather arm rest is finally installed...and will get pics once I clean up / vacuum the car's interior.

Thanks. I haven't posted any pics of my car for years. So no one remembers how it looks anymore. lol

I've decided to not use tint. So now it's narrowed down to the two choices with clear portions.

3rd one reminds me of a tiburon for some reason...

personally i dont like any of these but if i had to choose i would say the 1st one

Kinda reminds me of 95-00 Civic Si taillights which i've always loved.

My stock lights have broken mounting tabs so it's hanging now and I scored some clear depos for pretty much free. Plus I've gotten bored of the stock look, and I'm not really into the BUX tails look either.

The red looks kinda weird next to the blue..

Suggestion..
Leave the reflector areas (brake and reverse housings) either clear or tint and paint match the rest..

Gotta love paint shop..

Boy, I don't know, Tam. They all look a little off to me. I guess if I had to choose it'd be 1 or 2. Red on top just looks weird.

Ryan: I knew that and I liked it. That's why I wanna make some.

CM: Ever since my MTX swap, my reverse light never worked anymore....while the pigtail and everything is connected, it doesn't light up. It puzzles me. But on the bright side, New Orleans doesn't care too much about that stuff. I rarely ever drive in reverse anywhere beside my house, and I can get brake tags from other connections. So I figured I don't really need one.

Try getting a new backup light switch. They go out ALL the time. theyre like $30 from the dealer.
