I have the outter taking off already. That was the easy because who ever owned the car before me had them replaced on both sides.

Ok so I now have it fixed. I did it while the steering rack was on the Neon. I didn't have to drop the K frame. So it can be done in the car. Tool I used (Dont ask me why I didnt think of it in the first place) Was a 10in Pipe wrench with a cheater bar. Basterd came right off. A issue I did run into tho was the Tie Rod I put on was shorter then the stock. Thanks to all that helped.
