Installing Fog Lights
So I want to get some factory fogs installed on the 2000 neon. I already grabbed a MFS with fogs from a neon in the bone yard but the front end of the car was missing so what else do I need to install the lights? The foglight subharness and ???
If you are interested in doing this another way instead of the factory way, you can do what I do, but you'll have HIDs.
Since the HID wiring harness only needs one headlight source for power to light up, you can get 2 HID wiring kits (1 for each side) and will supply 4 total light outputs. Then you can wire 2 into the headlight housings, and 2 into the foglight housings.

If the connector is wired for it, Fuse 19 in the fuse box will be powered by the fog lamp switch. You can tie in there, or at the MFS pin 14. I would use a relay to do the actual switching. The oem fogs are powered through the switch. Anything with some output will melt the MFS.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.
