I don't really have an opportunity to drive the Evo anymore. Since I was moved to a store 53 miles South of my house, I only get to drive the car, if I'm lucky, 4 times a month. For instance, I drove the car on March 26th and I probably won't drive it again until the April 12th.
The car has a little over 27,000 miles. I change the oil every 5,000 miles on the dot and it has never had a single mechanical problem. The shifter boot and passenger seat were fixed under warranty and the only recall (fuel rail) was completed when I first got the car. The car still has the factory warranty.
The car is in excellent condition; There is only a small ding on the driver's side door from hitting a cone while autocrossing. If you know me, you know I take care of my cars. I never miss service, I don't abuse the car, and I am very mindful of how things are suppose to be.
I am willing to sell the car as is. With the current set of Rota Grids, ETS Exhaust, Cobb Tuner, and any spare parts I have in the garage; including the stock wheels. If you have any question with the current condition of the car check out my progress log... viewtopic.php?t=43671
I am looking for $28,500 FIRM. This is a fair price and below what 2008 Evo's with more Mileage are listed for at dealerships I've seen. I am not interested in any low ball offers. I can afford to keep the car and there is no rush to sell it. If I can sell the car I plan to get something that I can drive almost as much as the MINI or wait it out until I get moved to another position and get a newer or Evo/STi.
I know it's a long shot to sell this car on this forum and I don't really plan on posting it on auto trader type places.
