Tail of the Dragon cruise

Here's some shots of Me and my buddy with his Cobalt SS on the Tail of the Dragon this past weekend thanks to firefox's screenshot add on.. Desperately need to lower it and put my wheels on... As a surprise my car hooks amazing, so much better than with the stock swaybar...

Nice pictures/proofs! Tell your friend he needs an exhaust and a tune now lol.

yeah he ordered that trifecta tune from modern. i've been trying to talk him into exhaust but he won't come off the money

Car and pictures look great..... but the road nowhere near as great as our Palomar mountain curves

Is it on stock springs? It looks kinda lower than stock height already for some reason.

Pics look good. Liking the exhaust, but a lip kit would tie it together better.

Thanks.. probably because I was hitting the curves hard lol.. yeah its on stock springs for now.. and the exhaust will be changed soon. i don't like the tips I have now so i am got a set of SRT tips to weld on and I think instead of a lip kit i'll just tuck the exhaust up and cut two slots in the bumper since lip kits are hard to find with the side skirts

NICE! Good call on the Trifecta tune. I know Modern sells a really nice exhaust for us SS guys, he should look into it if he can cough up the cash for it. (end--->

Back on topic: what do you have as far as suspension goes? If you haven't done it/looked into it already I'd highly suggest a full bushing kit along w/ bigger sway bars F/R as well as the STB's. My car was amazing in curves and I was on Tokiko Blues w/ Kazera springs on top of that.

right now i'm just on kyb struts soon to have progress springs on them.. I do have the Progress 27mm front sway and 22mm rear. Made all the difference in the world. I do want some STB's too and maybe in the future

Great pictures taken. Car looks good and clean. Lower it will make it looks 10x better!
