any difference in valve covers?

This is the place to ask questions about your engine components like cams, valves, pistons… just anything that is generally "engine" specific. This also includes questions about exhaust systems such as exhaust manifolds, piping size, mufflers, ect...

hey guys sorry I searched but didn't see anything the valve cover on my r/t looks like shit I just pulled the one off my 2000 parts car is there any difference or issue using the one off the 2000 after I recover it.?

lol ya I knew that difference but that's why it looks like crap too stupid peeling on aluminum.

just use the plastic one temporarily until you get the aluminum one cleaned up and painted up. that is what I did.
