so long as you're sure you installed the clutch properly i'd say either the clutch master or slave is going bad

Glad to hear that you got this fixed !!redneckmoparman wrote:well putting it all back together with the new hydraulics it still didnt work so i took the clutch out and got it warrantied and all back together and now it works! feels good to have a clutch again!
So you are saying that the problem was with the clutch itself ??

yeah and being modular i cant say exactly what it is but its either a bad pressure plate or the disk is seperating (in laymans terms the friction material that is made of a material similar to brake pads that is what toutches the flywheel and pressure plate to make or brake the connection is spongy and trying to come apart) so when the pressure is applied the clutch does not fully disengage
So it was defective.redneckmoparman wrote:yeah and being modular i cant say exactly what it is but its either a bad pressure plate or the disk is seperating (in laymans terms the friction material that is made of a material similar to brake pads that is what toutches the flywheel and pressure plate to make or brake the connection is spongy and trying to come apart) so when the pressure is applied the clutch does not fully disengage
What brand clutch was this, and where did you get it ??

it was just a factory replacement from napa they have switched to a new company though for clutches i dont remember the maker of the old clutch but i always go through napa becuase of my school discount(about 50%) and am still going to i mean the clutch was lifetime warrantied so i didnt have to pay for a new one
