Never been a fan of the tinted yellow lenses... looks too out of place for me.
I went this route. Yellow bulbs. Lights up yellow but can't tell they're yellow when they're off.

For some reason I think skaterking411 might have a yellow bias, idk why I think that. Personally I don't like yellow anything when it comes to lighting unless its underglow. But if you like it as always get it.

Fog light is a 9145 bulb and an H10 is a 9145 so yes, they're fine.

I liked the way they look on your car. That being said I think that yellow fogs have to look right on the car cuz they can look bad and they can look good. In ur case I like em. N nice lookin ride too.

I can't personally speak on the light output since I don't have those. I can only say that if they're H10 then you should be fine for not messing up the wiring since the wattage is the same.
Looking at the bulbs pictured it looks like they're coated in blue so my guess is the may not be as yellow as a standard bulb but light output will be sacrificed since they're only allowing light out in the blue wave length and not all wave lengths.

I usually don't like yellow fogs on most cars, but for some reason, I like it on yours.

They aren't amazing but they look pretty good. They seem to fit with the direction you are going.

To the OP, I do not like the yellow lenses. Too much going on with the red car, black hood, projectors and yellow fogs.
However, I do like the yellow fogs on flhmfd's car in the picture I quoted. I think yellow lenses look fine on silver cars, white cars, and black cars. I don't usually like them on any colored cars.
