Sad. I didn't like any of the Jackass crew, nor their videos for that matter, but that sucks. They says drinking and speeding may have been a factor.

People, he killed someone due to stupidity. No reason to be sad about it, be sad for the innocent victim of his reckless actions.

Yes I feel bad for his family, but this guy is a piece of crap in my book. Thank god no one else was hurt, imagine he wouldve crossed lanes and hit a family in a minivan?

He was selfish, drunk, and driving ridiculously unsafe, Remember that.

you need to remember that the guy that was in his passenger seat was also drunk and made the decision to get a car with a drunk driver. shit happens... this shit just seemed to happen to somebody famous that lots of people like

truth, when a passenger gets into a vehicle with someone that was drinking and driving they are just as stupid and are not an innocent victim because in this particular case he was intoxicated as well and was aware of the situation (i would only assume) but yes i totally agree that drinking and driving is a very very stupid decision period.

I wouldn't go that far with it.

The drunk driver is significantly more stupid than the drunk passenger.

My wife told me last night that the BAC was .196 (over 2x the legal limit) and was going at least 130mph.

yeah it was on the news they annalyzed his blood and that was his BAC @ his time of death.

Yeah, BAC is a very easy blood test. They do it all the time, definitely does not take a month for results.

Tox screens on the other hand take longer.

correct, they still dont know what (if any) perscription drugs were in his system at the time of death since those results take much longer to find out.
