the hood will fit but most likely there will be a small gap between the hood and the grille.

If it's a neon specific 'SRT look-a-like' hood, it shouldn't have that gap. However, if it's a SRT specific hood, you'll have a significant gap that will be noticeable.
All the parts you listed are fairly decent, depending on the quality of the carbon fiber (if that's what you're going for). There are quite a few members on here with the parts you listed. Take a look through the
Pictures Post and
Project Log sections for pictures and ideas of what your car will look like with those mods.

It depends on how picky you are. It is definitely there buy one may only notice if you were really looking for it and looking head on. Check out the progress logs here, there are quite a few members who have swapped for an SRT style hood and you can decide for yourself.

Welcome to 2gn.

was just looking at ebay and on the hood's description i just noticed that it say's it does fit it so maybe it is a SRT knock off hood.
Oh just one more question. My car needs a front badge as you can see in the pics of my car. Found a cool looking Mopar badge on ebay but it say's it is for the SRT. Anyone know if the SXT and SRT's front badge are the same size? or better yet. Anyone have a extra one that they want to sell?

The SRT badge is a different size than '03-'05 neon badges.

Key point ^. In your opinion. Everyone has their own including the owner of the car. IMO, srt wings belong on srt's. Up to him what he likes the best.

don't do the srt wing please.... looks so out of place. As for the hood, do it. The gap isn't as bad as the whiners make it out to be.

Not a bad list of mods. I prefer color matched hoods and eyelids over the carbon fiber look, though. And I suggest giving a 00-02 front bumper swap a try.

Color matched pieces are nice but with some colors the carbon fiber just pops n looks mean as hell. I personally don't like the tail lights just cuz I see so many people with them but that's my opinion n ur choice. Srt hoods are great. Eyelids I like too. But the srt spoiler I don't like unless it's on a srt. Either the sxt or no spoiler looks good. But again it's my opinion n ur choice. Do what make you happy it is ur car. N welcome to 2gn.

You can color match the grill inserts. get your self the pvo molded trunklid from carbon by design instead of the cf srt wing alot cleaner lookin. You can always tint those led tails to do something different . You can get custom front badges that fit the sxt I have one custom done on my sxt. black housing headlights look good with those s style cf eyelids. Also a lip kit if you can find one .

Thanks for the comment.
skittle - I color matched my grille inserts and instead of buying the molded pvo lid I took a stab at molding a fiberglass pvo to a stock trunklid. It was my first time doing body work and it came out looking awesome...

Yeah molding the pvo yourself would save a ton of money if you know what your doing . I got my pvo molded trunk and air induction hood in fiberglass boyfriend helped me pay for them both.
