05 struts vs 00 struts
I found a pair of low mileage fatory struts at the yard but on my 00 neon I seem to have the sway bushing it attached to the strut and on the 05 strut it does not have that bushing their. How would I work around this or have this work?

There may be a few brackets floating around, but there were very limited production by daaboots (iirc).
There may be a How To by CA180 about this, but you would have to search for it.
Until you do get it sorted out you can run without a sway bar. For normal driving you won't notice a difference, it's when you start throwing it around the corners is when the difference would be noticed.

adding a rear strut tower bar may help a bit too until you can figure out brackets... , i know it made a difference on mine, the front stut tower bar not so much, but it looked nice till i ditched it..
luckily my 01 has front/rear sway bars as well... ftw...
