Stupid reason for them to be banned but oh well. My wife spent a year in Germany when she was in high school and remembers them fondly.

you should know that the eggs are not availlable in the summer months!
something with quality
(chocolate + summer = not good)

so in the summer you can buy "Kinder Joy eggs".
they should be legal in the states - because the toy is not inside the chocolate.

Thanks for teasing me with that picture xD, I noticed the pic was from 04' so that means those girls are like 25 ish now if they were around 18.
