My ignition setup.
I can gladly help with the ignition....
If you look through the pictures you will see that there are 2 different coil setups. This is because I had to learn about the capabilities of the drivers contained in an AEM Twin Fire.
There are only 2 outputs from the EMS and the Twin Fire drivers are only capable of driving a coil up to the size of the MSD Blaster SS Coils. The AEM drivers are weak and burn under no load what so ever. I actually contacted MSD who confirmed this.
Now I run the M&W Pro Drag 4 in the car without issue and it can power almost any coil. I have opted to run the MSD 8261 Coils as you can see.
I run the powerboost wires on there too, which I think is what makes it look so different. Really this is a normal but high end setup. If you decide to go COP keep the Twin Fire out of the equation! Just my .02$

I opted for a closed (no cap) radiator system. Alot of my ideas come from the engineering I've seen from the formula 1 circuit and even nascar. This system allows me to raise the pressure up to 75lbs if needed thus raising the boiling point of the water. When I started building this car I did so thinking "I don't just want to be able to go 9's in a 1/4 mile.... I want to be able to run at full tilt for 24hrs!" You must tell us of the benefits of the rear mounted intercooler (besides keeping it safer) and dual MSD coils.
The radiator is a C&R core that runs to a C&R thermostat housing which also has the ability to connect to the hot lap cooldown unit. Since there is no cap, an Air Spring takes its place which is the canister you see. This is where you adjust the pressure. I add coloring to distilled water so I can see if the valve pops off to the overflow. I will go into more detail at a later time since these systems are better seen to understand.
I moved the setup to the back to distribute weight. Also, the ducting draws from under the car and exits the rear for better cooling as well. (I don't have all the sheet metal shrouding in place in the pictures.)

i helped a bit in the beggining stages of this build but sean took this thing to a whole new level that has not ben explored before. This car is a freakin beast.

How does raising the cooling system pressure change coolant temperature? The idea behind pressurizing the system is to prevent boiling, because the boiling point of water goes up with pressure. Cooling is controlled by the radiator's ability to flow, and by the cooling fan(s). Please explain. Also, wouldn't pressures that high cause hose and or seal failure? It all makes sense now... Pretty killer build. It's funny because 5 years ago when I was starting to play with MS, the AEM was the step up. Now, MS has come so far so fast that you're now stepping up from AEM to MS.
But yea, sell the AEM and we can get you an awesome MS set up and you'll probably have change left over.

I'm going to entertain this AEM system and it's antics one last time. If I can't get the car to a point of satisfaction then we will certainly go this route.
If I sent a wiring harness to replicate could that be done so that the MS is truly plug and play when it gets here?
The sensors in the car now are:
AEM 3.5 BAR
AGP Screw In IAT
Stock SRT Ambient
Coolant Sensor to be supplied with Kit
Stock SRT Crank Trigger and Cam Sensor
Mustang 5.0 TPS
No IAC
This is not a piggy back setup as I have it now so it's wired pretty much the same as the MS with the exception of the extra Relay. The voltage regulator is in place as well.
