LED Fog Lights
Neat idea as long as the build quality is there. I don't see any real venting for heat.
As long as you don't mind losing an actual fog lamp for a DRL, you could rock them.

There is 16 Super Bright Flat LED on each side, acting as a Daytime Running Light that gives you an aggressive and eye catching look.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Well I want to go with the black style lights still but wanna run stuff that was made the way it is and not just put tint over it. Like with these and the halo ones, can I not just rock a stock style bulb, LED or HiD style bulb in the housing and call it good. Not use any of the junky wires and stuff that come with the kits.

I did Lamin-X over my stock foglights and it came out awesome. It wants to wrinkle but you have to use a hair dryer on it for a long time and you can work out all the bubbles.
PM me for your 03+ PCM SKIM/VIN flashing needs. Neon PCMs Plus
IMHO, go with the LEDs if you basically want to make your fog lamps lose all functionality besides "looks."
Any fog lamp over 4,300k is basically useless. The higher the kelvin, the less amount of actual light output there is. The main point of a fog lamp is to illuminate the markings and sides of the road in weather that causes poor visibility.
By the looks of those LEDs, which appear not to be any less than 6,000k, (this also goes for those ricers who run 10,000K HID PnP kits thinking they're cool) their functionality then becomes no more than an off-road-use-only appearance mod.
