p 0508 wtf?

I got this code after the failed R/T intake install at Carlisle :banghead: I did some research but I have no clue how to go about and fix it.

I've read that its IAC low voltage? not sure what this means or how to fix it.. but I would like to see this code vanish. anyone have ideas?

well i replaced the iac valve and reset the computer
