Interior Dome Light Not Working

Post by blackjack23 » Tue Aug 02, 2011 2:53 pm

Hey all,

When i got my neon my dome light never worked, and me being a late night rat, i wouldn't mind being able to see in my car without falling on my shifter (yea, i've done it before)

Any ideas?

in that case i think you would need to check the voltage further down the line to see if there is a break in the wire.

OR as the interior light is controlled by the MFS that could be at fault.

i'll look into that if you get no voltage at the light contacts later

Not quite sure if it has it's own fuse, but check the fuse box and see if one is blown.
Drove my neon until it was killed in a flood.

thats true, i never condiered that.

just had a look at mine and you will find the fuse in the "Fuse & Relay Centre" as you are stood on the drivers side of the car, its one of the mini blade fuses in the top left corner, Number 13, its a 15A fuse
