Roof Rack/storage

I am driving out east next week and I don't think I can fit all my stuff in my car so I was looking at getting some kind of roof top storage. I do not want to spend $300-400 on Yakima or Thule roof racks so I was wondering if anybody has something cheaper that works that I could go pick up. I was looking at this:

But I don't know how it will work considering I have a sunroof which is half broken and won't hold weight even if it wasn't....but any Ideas????

You can use that roof top carrier. I would suggest that since you are worried about the sunroof. Put up something like a thin piece of plywood on the sunroof. big enough to cover the opening and serve as protection for it.

IS there a roof rack like the first gen neons available for a 2nd gen ?

You can put an aftermarket roof rack on the neon like my wife did to her buick. But they do cost a lot.

I craigslisted my entire roof rack for my car. Cost me like 200$ or so to do it, including the bike trays and the fit kit. Works great, just make sure it's tight so it doesn't walk from the wind!
