Little update

It's been a while. I've gotten new rims (Maxxim Ahead 16" graphite), changed the front lip to a homedepot lip, cut out the lines in the bumper where the radiator sits, and built SI inspired tails...and yes, I copied the one and only underground6t9.

Pics sucked because I used my friend's camera, and didn't know how to focus with it, so they came out a bit blurry. But let me know what you guys think!

And those tails really set it off nice.

*sidenote* saw my old neon the other day. My Rustoleum paint job was starting to rust through.

Civic blue AND civic tails?? Sweet! Would have looked even cooler with the civic lip still on there as well. And maybe a civic badge...

IMO, I liked the gold rims better, too.

Yea, but it's looking more and more civic-y with the tail lights. Not a huge fan of the tails, but like the car as a whole - as a Civic clone.

But it's really easy. If you find a set, hit me up and I'll guide you through. You'll need to find a drill bit that cuts circles the size of a tail light pigtail, and an extra set of pigtails.

Uriah: Thanks, I loved the gold rims too, but too bad they're 17's. If they're 16's I'd still have em today.

I got bored of the mugen lip after a year so I switched it to look more like an R/T bumper. I just didn't really like the BUX amber tails, so I went with white instead. And yeah, this is rustoleum navy blue that you can get from home depot too. I should really be sponsored by home depot hahaha.

Optical illusion in your pics makes your car look smaller than normal for Neons. Or it is my tired old eyes... who knows.
