MOPAR lip kit for R/T
will the lip kits form the dealers work with my '02 R/T? or is it just a bad idea?

I dunno. I've seen people make front lips work on 01-02 R/T bumpers.
Probably takes a while and a lot of heat, but it's possible. I think it looks killer if you can pull it off.

I'm assuming since you have an R/T, you already have side skirts, so then you'll need a rear lip. There aren't many options for rear lips on 00-02 bumpers, but I did manage to install the mopar lip using a heat gun.
