MOPAR lip kit for R/T

Got a question on outside appearance modifications. Questions about body kits, exterior lighting, just anything thats a visual mod on the "exterior" of the car. Ask those questions here.

will the lip kits form the dealers work with my '02 R/T? or is it just a bad idea?

Don't even bother. While the rear lip can be made to work on a 00-02 bumper, the differences in the front bumpers makes this job waaay more trouble than it's worth. Not to mention that it would be pretty nasty looking.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

I dunno. I've seen people make front lips work on 01-02 R/T bumpers.
Probably takes a while and a lot of heat, but it's possible. I think it looks killer if you can pull it off.

There are tons of different front lips you can install. Check out this thread for some ideas:

I'm assuming since you have an R/T, you already have side skirts, so then you'll need a rear lip. There aren't many options for rear lips on 00-02 bumpers, but I did manage to install the mopar lip using a heat gun.

it's from a Civic. 96-98 I would think as I used to have one.

I wouldn't bother, they dont look good on Civic's and they sure as hell don't look good on Neon's.


My lip might be bullshit, but its the best looking IMO.
