Yeah I'm 100% positive it was her, I park the car a mile way from other cars in parking lots and found the scratches in the driveway the morning after she had the gray SUV all night and backed it in the driveway crooked. My guess is she came home at 4 am and backed the car in the driveway and because my car is pitch black, she didnt see it, hit it, moved the car and acted like it didnt happen.
Tried to say something to her mom about it and she flipped on me so looks like she gets away with it because she believes she didnt do it.
Once we get our new garage situated, I'll take an orbital buffer to it and try to make it look a little more bearable....then save up some extra bucks to get the dent popped out and paint repaired myself. At least this happened at the end of the summer and not before all of the car shows or anything. Bah.

and just say you didn't do it and flip out if anyone questions you. Problem solved.JeffM wrote:Stab Nate's sister IN THE FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

should have taken pictures of how she was parked then called the police to file a police report and get insurance on it.
IMO the police probably would have looked at the dmg and how the other car was parked and, without question, determined she did it.
That's my thought on the situation.
also, IMO, the fact her mom 'blew up' on you only cements your theory. She probably told her mom and she's defending because she's on her moms insurance?
I'm only speculating now but yeah, you get where I'm coming from

That's stupid that her mom blew up on you. The evidence is right there! If her daughter isn't going to own up to her mistakes the least she can do is do it for her. That's really shitty that they just leave it to you when it's not even your fault. I would still call the cops if it were me

Also, your grammar, sentence structure, and spelling are terrible. Must be those excellent California schools.

IIRC he comes from Mexico, and i'm assuming English wasn't his firstMoxHair wrote:Also, your grammar, sentence structure, and spelling are terrible. Must be those excellent California schools.
language. For the ability to speak both, i honestly envy the guy. I only
speak one language.
CAN U GUES WICH 1!?!?!?!
But at least he speaks enough to make sense. And honestly, what's
sad is that kids in my class write/type even worse than that, not to
mention they were born and raised speaking English.
Back on topic: sucks that neither of them will confess. if they won't
admit to it and let insurance handle it, they should at least pitch in
some of the cost to repair the car since you'll be doing it yourself...
I do not think English is his first or second language for that matter.MoxHair wrote:Danteneon wrote:I hate to say this, but you may want to look at the passenger side of the Subaru.

Sorry to say it Mox, but not all Subaru drivers can, you know, drive.MoxHair wrote:Danteneon wrote:I hate to say this, but you may want to look at the passenger side of the Subaru.
Truth be told, the person that hit Stace's car wasn't the owner, so some slack may be cut.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...
