No, It's a spray gun. First try. Think I'm gonna need to sand it down and spray again. I think there was something with the paint. It was suppose to come out gloss. But has a velvet swead texture to it. Why? IDK lol

It was suppose to come out glossy?

It could look good when sprayed right, Mike, but I'm just not seeing it.

And does your rear driver's side wheel have a crap-load of positive camber or is that just the camera?

JeffM: No just had an alignment. It is the camera and driveway combo. The driveway has some groving from amount of pulling in and out over the years since it was paved.

Forest Green: Like I said. It was suppose to come out with a shine before the clear coat. It did as you see the one shiny patch. But it didn't....got plans to redo it next weekend. But thought I'd share what it looks like thus far. well the concept at least. like all the other blaze red neons that have a black hood. I think it looks good a black hood on that red.

what paint were you shooting?
what was the settings on you gun? do you know how to set your gun up?
what pressure did you shoot it at?
what size compressor?
either you are using a too fast reducer or thinner, low pressure, moving the gun too fast and holding the gun too far away from the surface, or a combination of the above.

Until i know more about what you did(or didn't do) and your set up I can't really offer you too much more, let me know and Ill try to help you out bud

I like people who BUY a 10 sec car and then brag about it. Thats like hiring someone to bang your wife and then bragging about the kid

Don't really know any of that. I did it at my dads friends body shop. I assume it was all set up properly. He said I appeared to do it right. He thinks it was the prep I did to the paint. that maybe I messed up there. Not too sure. He's gonna redo it for me....well I will have to re-prep the surfaces again and he'll make up the paint and spray it. I just thought it would be fun for me to try my hand at it....didn't work so I know I have a shit ton of more experience and practice lol

thanks for the honest critasism all. guess you have to fail to succeed right? lol
