Wings West Showcar?

Trolling on the interwebs and I came across this. It looks just like the Wings West showcar with some minor changes. Considering the retarded low mileage I'm assuming my hunch is correct. Even the rims are the same!

There are many copies. I pulled my coupes 3,94 trans, an r/t head, side skirts, sways, intake manifold all off an yellow 03 R/T just like that at harrys last year. Someone had beat me to the 7 piece w.w kit and hood. Those side skirts are now speed127's, the head was sold to steven (neonsgl09-dunno who has it) and the trans was hybrid swapped in my 98 coupe. intake to god knows
