I think that's what they do everywhere, along with a "shocker" sticker...

^ I thought the same things. It's actually their stock wheel. I've seen several around here with those.

They are, but the hub center is smaller than ours. And the offset is like 48 iirc.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...
