Motor Mounts needed?

Motor Mounts needed?

How can i tell if my motor mounts need to be replaced? and would motor mount inserts help at all? i see that MAYBE one of the little rubber things in my top mount is cracked through and through.. so im at a loss :S

If its broken get new ones....Either stock or they do make aftermarket motor mounts. Check out modernperformance.com
or
Rockauto.com for oem replacements.

Inserts do help take some of the pull and tare on it while giving you better traction. Want 100% results, aftermarket motor mounts are the way to go.

If the rubber is torn, inserts prolly won't help much. If it feels like there is a bunch of slack in the transmission, the torque struts may need replaced.
