hello i know there are a lot of topics about the sound wich the sound sounds great but with my old big exhaust my 1 2 3 gears are quick 4 is slow at dirt and 5th is cruising fine but with the glasspack in a straight through my 1 2 3 are slow and doggy does the 02 neon sohc se 2.0 mtx have to have a lot of back pressure

yes....... no.... i dont even know what you are asking. ditch the glasspack and get a decent muffler.. glasspack alone on a straight through exhaust is just gonna drone like a bitch...

the sound of the cherrybomb glasspack in place of the muffler is great but all my low end torque is gone when acceleration in 1st 2nd 3rd its slow when i have that big old fat ass stock exhaust the torque is fine so do these 02 neon 2.0 sohc mtx have to have alot of backpressure to run right ?

its not all about backpressure, its about air velocity... the stock setup is designed to be nice and torquey low midrange for daily driving.
if u want low end, stay stock...
