Okay, I'm working with Toyota here (well in school) we got to to do these E-Modules where they tell you info on latest cars and updates......I do not believe I'm spilling any information that I'm not supposed to here although this is teaching me how to use Tech Stream (computerized scan tool pretty much only Tech-Stream is a laptop for anyone who doesn't know what Tech-Stream is). Anyways at the end of each eModule (or learning lesson) you have to take a certification test that tells Toyota if you pass or fail etc...etc....however I failed this one because apparently I was wrong for something that was clearly labeled right. This was the question:

TIS Service Categories:
Are the same for all models and all years
" " before 1986
" " after 1986
" " after 1990

I answered 1. (all models and all years) but was marked wrong. No where at all in the e-Module did it EVER say ANYTHING about 1986 or 1990 or any information regarding any cars. Here is my screen shots to perhaps back up my information. If anyone can figure it out on how I am wrong I'd be impressed because I'm too fucking frustrated to figure this out. This has been going on for 2 fucking weeks and I have not gotten an answer from Toyota on this crap and they're pissing me off.....here's the screen shots:

It's like the driving school tests for tickets out here in California. According to the state-approved "make you a more aware and better driver" tests, 3 cars can cross through the intersection after a light turns red. I got it wrong when I put 0.

The only thing I can think of is that you selected the answer that says "all models," not all vehicles (not that it should matter)? Probably some stupid mistake by the person that programmed the test.

That's what I'm thinking too, the other 2 incorrectly answered ones are the ones I've been getting wrong as well. It's Toyota....what do you expect....at least I'm not the only one that's not blind to this

Just looking at it knowing nothing about it at all (like some of my tests in college, lol), I'd guess question eight is answer 4 and question 10 is answer 1.
