Is This Over Kill
Is This Over Kill
On the front brakes, I was wondering if this is over kill specialty for an daily driver.

That would be a turbo PT (GT Cruiser) the regular PT brakes are not an upgrade.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.

Interesting. A while back I was looking into it, and the info was a bit different.
I stand corrected.

Ideally, you need some 02+ manual PT knuckle.
02+ for the bigger wheel bearings and manual to have the tie-rod hole more on the outside to you can get it aligned correctly VS PTGT/SRT knuckles.
From there you can use regular PT calipers with regular PT disks and your choice of PT/PTGT/SRT pads.
Or PTGT/SRT calipers with the PTGT/SRT disks and pads
Or any BBK for the SRT.

Mmmmmmmm. Big brakes. It's my opinion that they are totally worth it.

I think that is about an inch or so larger than what the SRT brakes are. Stopping power is almost as fun as going power... almost.DodgeEvo wrote:It would be nice, but I am thinking its going to be to much. I think the smallest size they have is 11inch, if not its 12inch. for the rotors

you've gotta stop what you move, so if you go with turbo and coils you still want to consider stopping power. Does that mean buying brakes that cost 2k.... no Wilwoods are very affordable, very lightweight and pretty damn good.
