alright here we go! well i work in shipping in a factory in town and I'm also a mechanic at a bowling alley here in sheboygan.

We had to hire two new pinchasers here this year because of people leaving. Ok, not a big deal. Now just to clarify before i go any further that I do understand that we all start somewhere......

So this guy has been working here for 2 months. 4 nights a week working in the "pits" (behind the machines) and he still cannot handle simple tasks like taking out garbage, cleaning up after the leagues, and customer service is just.... ouch it hurts to watch him try to deal with people hahaha

its just too much so i will have my way and he won't be working here much longer. He doesn't seem like he wants to learn. He doesn't ask questions, pay attention to what I'm doing so he can do it next time. So on and so fourth....

sorry guys had to get it out there. i feel much better now

lol and this is probably due to working 80 hours a week and my neon pissing me off as well. ha

That other employee's ability to do the job is his problem.

Unless you happen to be his boss or he is being political and
making your work life miserable.

well not a ball mechanic i fix the pinsetter machines. i do have the ability to drill my own bowling balls and do all of the layouts though.

and paul yes it is my problem cause when it takes him 10 minutes to fix the simplest thing who gets bitched at? not him of course the person that tought him lol
