Different Rear Disc Conversion
I searched rear disc conversion threads and didn't find what I needed to know. All of them were about using the rear discs from an SRT, ACR, or R/T. What I want to know is if I can use the FRONT disc setup for the rear of my 2000 SE. Yes I know it's not going to do much of anything for stopping power and that's not what I'm looking for. I hate drums with a passion so I want the simplicity of discs. So, will there be any issues doing this?
i dont think that would be possible there is also the 1gn disc swap.... if you do it i think it would be a lot of fabbing

doesnt have to be an r/t, acr, srt. some regular 2gn 00-02 neons had them, 1gn expressos, sport coupes, sport sedans, ect all had rear discs on them. i could gte you a complete bolt on setup but it wont be under 150 for it. and thats not with shipping.

Getting a front disk to slide on the rear hub would be simple: Just put it on the studs.
The part that will pwn you, is getting the front calipers to fit, positioned properly, and not lock the rear wheels when a feather falls on the brake pedal. You would need all custom one off brackets, and an adjustable proportioning valve, that you would hope has a good enough range of adjustment.
Once you have all that, it would be cheaper/simpler to buy the parts from the dealer.
FWIW, I believe there is a rear disk set up in the FS section for $250 ish.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.

The front rotors will be too thick, and too large of a diameter to fit in the rear calipers.
