That's one thing i love about MI, i never had to have my car tested after i moved to AZ because it was registered in MI

South Dakota has no form of emissions testing at all none nope hell I got pulled over one time and the highway patrol car had a CEL on made me laugh

i do have emission restriction but no trouble whatsoever. Though i have a race-cat converter and my neon practically breathes gasoline fumes
